Gary studied illustration at New England School of Art and Design in Boston, Massachusetts. He has been doing watercolor illustrations of his favorite places in Lowell for years.
His illustrations have appeared in newspapers and magazines. Three years ago, opened a studio at Western Avenue Studios in Lowell. His illustrations now hang in businesses, diners, and galleries in the greater Lowell area. more

I grew up in Lowell, Massachusetts in "the acre" — one of Lowell's oldest neighborhoods. Countless early morning breakfasts at diners in the city and late night excursions to well known bars and restaurants and "just walking around" provided the inspiration for my watercolor illustrations.
